Founder & President

Founder & Senior Writer – The Ghost Publishing

Eli, AKA the Godfather of Ghostwriting, is one of the preeminent ghostwriters in the United States today. He’s the CEO of The Ghost Publishing International and the Founder of the International Ghostwriter’s Association. Prior to that, he was the Senior Ghostwriter for a large, publically traded publishing company.

He has written books for ministry leaders and political leaders known all over the world. To date, as a ghostwriter, he has written more than 85 books, many of which reached legitimate Best Seller lists.

Eli has also authored 6 books of his own. His latest book, The Fierce Urgency of Now, debuted at #3 on Amazon and was a legitimate best seller.

In 2015, Eli was contracted to write, Falling From the Sky. A true-life account based on the life events of Captain William Smith. In 2021, Falling From the Sky began the transition of becoming converted into a major motion picture.

In 2014, Eli was contracted to write, Undaunted: The Tiger of Auschwitz, a true-life account of holocaust survivor, Garmaine Pitchon. That book is in consideration to be converted into a major motion picture in 2022.

In 2017 Eli founded the International Ghostwriter’s Academy. They proudly offer the only online certification course on how to make a living as a ghostwriter.

In 2019, Mr. Gonzalez was awarded the Hispanic Prestige Award for his leadership and service to the community.

In 2020, Eli established a non-profit organization called, Los Padrinos. Their mission is to empower and inspire the Hispanic community through education by offering grants and scholarships to middle school students, high school graduates, and Hispanics who have been imprisoned.

In 2020 Eli Gonzalez was named one of the Top 20 Influential Hispanics in the state of Florida by the Latin Times Media Group.

In 2021 Eli founded the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Pinellas County, where he serves as the Chamber President.

Eli Gonzalez also heads up the English department for Rhodes Academy of Creative Arts in Tampa. Online, he teaches creative writing to students in grades 6-12. He also serves as a Board Member for Orange Community College.

Eli is a serial entrepreneur, with current ownership stake in five companies.

Eli Gonzalez is a sought after speaker and a renowned thought leader in the entrepreneurial, motivational, ghostwriting and publishing world. Joe is the lead pastor for Oasis, the Spanish ministry of Countryside Christian Center in Florida. He also leads the deaf ministry and serves in the English side of church. He is known for his passion for the Latino and Deaf communities, as he spends the majority of his time serving there. Joe has a passion for learning, having completed two degrees and in the process of completing another.

Joe created J3 Creations to help organizations become more profitable. We provide customized leadership development, diversity & inclusion awareness and accountability coaching. We do this by using a consultative approach, training, workshops, seminars and speaking.

My name is Loida “Tellie” E González Hall.  My family  moved  to the United States in 1979 and I understood English, however I could not hardly converse in English.  Within a year I was able to no longer need a translator and started my first job at 16 in retail and have not stopped.  I was born to Puerto Rican parents while we were stationed in El Paso Texas and moved back to Puerto Rico before I was 1 yr old.  I now have lived  in St Petersburg Fl for the past 23 years.  I  have been married for 15 years, I have two daughters, a step daughter, nine grandchildren.  My mother and siblings live in Orlando, and I am the oldest of 6.  I am retired from the banking industry where I helped hundreds of people from basic savings and checking accounts to owning homes and businesses.  In my years of Banking I also was an educator training new employees and managers and teaching Banking skills money skills and home buying education with St Petersburg Neighborhood Housing.  
 
 I now own TGH Consulting Services, using my background in finance and my business development skills I help businesses find resources to grow their businesses.  Many business owners need assistance to grow their business whether it is Financial, whether its connections, what is the basic ability to communicate and I helped many businesses Connect to the right resources to grow their business. I am also your Community Liaison here at the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Commerce of Pinellas County.  I have been a community leader for over 20 years working with organizations in St. Petersburg where we raised over 4 1/2 million dollars for children’s charities.  I’ve been able to hold several officer positions on our Board and was President during the pandemic And was able to retain over 92% membership which turned me to be named member of the year.  For the past 10 years I have been newsletter editor of the year, district wise and best fundraiser District Wise, best program snd All American volunteer National.  Some of my duties during the 20 years of RibFest events were soda and ice captain and also volunteer management.  Often  exceeded expectations, being the only Latino for the 20 years working in volunteering to help kids.  This year alone I would miss your volunteers graduating with honors from high school or college.

Carolina is a Real Estate Advisor originally from Bogota Colombia, she is a bilingual professional with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Management, and Leadership. She had the opportunity to work with and lead diverse teams and roles nationwide and in South America (Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru also El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras). She is a Military Spouse and community advocate, talent advisor, provided advice to allocate resources for Service members in transition to civilian life for over five years.

She is currently serving as a Director Board of Directors at Pinellas Realtor Organization/Central Pasco Realtor Organization. Director Board of Directors at Florida Realtors and President of Carolina Conner Custom Homes providing relocation services for Military Families, Real Estate Services and Contracting. Carolina is extremely dedicated to her clients and associates’ success, she is committed to excellence in her community and workplace, always connecting key leaders and aware of the best resources in the industry.

Director of Events

Brenda Baez-Costa is a management executive with twenty plus years working experience. She is passionate about creating value with her knowledge and experience while attached to organizational core values and results driven to efficiency and profitability. She is devoted to conquering success and enrich her learning. Currently, Brenda is an active board director in the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Pinellas County and head of the events committee. She’s also an active member of the Hispanic Professional Women Association. Brenda is a Florida licensed insurance agent and the founder and director of her agency where she offers trustworthy, local and customized insurance service solutions and financial guidance to her community.  
 
Brenda was born in Puerto Rico and raised in the Dominican Republic. With her passion for learning, she achieved her undergraduate degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Strategic Business both from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, Dominican Republic. In 2021, she achieved a certificate in Women’s Entrepreneurship at eCornell from Cornell University and also became a licensed Insurance Agent involving accident, health, life, annuities and variable contracts in the state of Florida. Currently working in obtaining Property and Casualty insurance license.
Ms Baez-Costa is married to a wonderful husband, José, and a mother to two amazing boys, Alberto and Nicolás.  As family they enjoy traveling and cooking. If she’s not with her family or working she’ll reading or gardening.
 
In Brenda’s path to success, she played an instrumental role in leading the businesses she worked in.  The earliest becoming an Assistant manager & accountant for Ormeba, Inc, at Clearwater, Fl where she managed business development for 4 years. Between 2009 & 2015 she was the director sales & operations for Generation Partners, and the Administrative Assistant to Director for Cosba, SRL. More recently and one of her more challenging and satisfying roles was the Administrative Director of Baez Family Enterprise, LLC where she leads the company to execute commercial accounts and oversees operations. Being the head of customer service and quality assurance. She currently oversees operations for Baez Family Enterprise and is a licensed insurance agent for personal and group insurance, life, health and disability insurance and retirement planning. 
 
Brenda in fully bilingual in Spanish and English. She has a strong desire to achieve excellence and strong work ethics. She values the importance of established attachments and identification with organization core values. She has strong communication skills where she is excellent in client service and problem-solving skills. Brenda is still continuing her education with her ability to learn and intellectual curiosity.

Hello, I’m Gabriel.

After studying Marketing and Tourism at the University in Buenos Aires, I began my professional career by working in the tourism business. After a few years in the corporate world, I moved to Tampa, Florida to start a new career abroad.

On my journey to discover my purpose and passion in life, customer service and helping my clients to pursue what they deserve became my goal.
After the appropriate training in University of Central Florida I became a Public Adjuster and Insurance loss Specialist.

Every year I improve my knowledge with courses in wind claims, etc. because updating ensures a better service for my clients.

HDGAdjustersinTampa,Florida ismybusinesswherehelpingthehomeownersis our principal goal. As a Certified Appraiser and Umpire I can assist homeowners and other adjusters as well to solve their cases.

When I am not helping homeowners recovering their loss, you can find me practicing taekwondo in Ocala or spending time at one of the many beautiful beaches in the Tampa and St Pete area. I am also a Board member of Hispanic chamber of commerce of Pinellas county and. I have been Vice President in the Hispanic Chamber of Tampa Bay, Vice President in the Pasco Hernando Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and President of the Argentine Association of Tampa bay.

I have been involved in volunteering and community service my whole life with organizations; I look forward to sharing my knowledge, professional expertise, and passion for serving others to help the newly formed hispanic chamber of Pinellas county thrive and prosper. This past year I had the honor to receive the Latino Lideres Award in Tampa Bay.

Beau Andrews

Director of Media & Communications

Beau Andrews attended the University of Nebraska – Kearney. Where he Majored in Pre-Law Political Science and International Relations and Minored in French Studies. While in college Beau Andrews was a founding father for the international fraternity Phi Delta Theta, an Asian American Club Ambassador, a member of Model UN & the Tourism Club, a Resident Advisor, active in Navigators and Intramural sports. His senior year is when he began his entrepreneur journey, co-founding a sales & distribution company. After college Beau entered the corporate sales world in Powersports. Since then he has worked on several start-up projects and partnered with multiple companies in various industries that have spanned the globe. Beau has helped start over a dozen small businesses and currently is focusing on a Digital Software Solutions Company and a BlueTech Startup. Beau is also involved in helping those in need within Tampa Bay by serving as the Interim Associate Director for Guided Path Foundation. He is also a founding member of the first diverse chapter in Lions Club International District 35-I history. He is a certified mindfulness coach, an avid cook, coffee enthusiast, film & tv buff, outdoor enthusiast, and is always willing to play a board game or discuss philosophy. He enjoys spending his time with his wife, Jess, and his Goldendoodle, Ebenezer.

Media & Communications - Ambassador

Zachary Gottlieb is the first official ambassador of our newly formed chamber (please verify this is accurate). Even though he has only been in St Pete for a year now, he is already making waves in the community.

“I told Eli when I joined the Chamber that after one year of membership I want to be able to speak Spanish and dance bachata like a pro. Well, that lofty goal may take two years, but in all seriousness, my attempt at humor highlights the purpose of this chamber.

Just as I want to be able to embrace my long-lost Dominican roots, we want to provide all business owners (not just Hispanic) of the local community with access to a robust network of professionals, tools and resources to help them succeed. I look forward to my ambassadorship with the newly formed chamber and am excited to contribute to its mission of supporting the local Hispanic business community and beyond. Now about me and my business…

I founded Exzact Payment Solutions after just one year in the merchant services industry. I knew immediately that this was a long-term career for me, and I was extremely proud of the work I had done and had yet to do. Just as I had zero knowledge of what exactly “merchant services” is and how it works when I first started, I still find, to this day, that a large majority of business owners do not understand how payment processing works, even in their own businesses! There is a huge demand and need for education, and I love being able to wake up every day and go provide value to the local business community.

After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2014, I began my professional career by working at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. After a few years in the corporate world, I realized I was unhappy and did what any sensible young man in their twenties would do, and moved to Wilmington, North Carolina to become a bartender at the beach!

On my journey to discover my purpose and passion in life, a friend of mine introduced me to the world of merchant services.  I became a sales representative with Laigle Business Group in early 2020 and signed my first account on March 25, 2020. I was awarded with Best Customer Service and Most Consistent at the 2021 Achievers Sales Trip, and I am proud to say that my first merchant account, Poe’s Pub in Richmond, Virginia is still a client to this day.

After starting my business in Richmond, I moved to St. Petersburg, Florida to continue learning about the exciting and ever-changing credit card processing industry (aka my ex-girlfriend invited me along). I have experienced no greater joy than forging relationships with dozens of business owners and helping them make their businesses more profitable and efficient.

I currently work with approximately 100 businesses throughout St. Petersburg, Florida, Richmond, Virginia, and Wilmington, NC. 

When I am not helping business owners eliminate their payment processing fees, you can find me playing ice hockey at the Clearwater Ice Arena, playing golf, or spending time at one of the many beautiful beaches in the St. Petersburg area. I am also a member of the Pinellas Park Chamber of Commerce, the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Pinellas County, and the Pinellas Park Kiwanis Club.”
